### About Rob Pinney Studio
Rob Pinney Studio is a London-based video production company founded on a background in professional photojournalism and editorial storytelling.
Before moving into filmmaking, Rob Pinney spent almost a decade working as a photojournalist, covering major news events for Getty Images, The Times and The Sunday Times. His work included assignments at Downing Street, the death of Queen Elizabeth II, the COVID-19 pandemic and migration on the beaches of northern France.
His photography has been published in newspapers and magazines internationally, providing a strong foundation in visual storytelling and working in challenging, fast-moving environments.
### Editorial Approach to Filmmaking
The studio brings the principles of photojournalism into its video production work. This includes working confidently with people, quickly assessing unfamiliar environments and capturing strong imagery in situations where there may be little opportunity for a second take.
